It was with great sorrow that I heard of Tom's sad passing. Our first meeting was on 19 Oct 1964, when we were sworn in as members of the 39 Cadet Class in the Military College. While Tom subsequently pursued a successful career in medicine he never lost contact with his old classmates. A most popular and engaging person at our various reunions. He was a most engaging and earnest former colleague whose presence at our next reunion will be sadly missed. Sincere sympathy to Thelma, Tom, Matt and the extended Stokes family.
