We were deeply saddened to learn of the death of Tom who was a good friend and colleague. He was a great man with a wonderful sense of humour and our to go to physician whenever we had a friend or family member with a respiratory problem. Our sympathy and thoughts are with Thelma and the family at this dreadful time. May his soul rest in eternal peace.
