Condolences to Thelma and family. I am very sorry to hear that Tom has passed (and sorrier for the illness he suffered prior). I can only echo what others have said - Tom was a lovely person and colleague in every way imaginable. He cared deeply about patients, always trying to optimise their care and advocating strongly in their interests.
